What are my options? Any ideas?
History: there is a UPS drop/service in my location. I called it up and they says they accept the dropoff BUT when queried what's the item, I told them it's a phone device and they rejected the shipment. I mean, BB chose UPS, so what should I do now?

If our UPS Penang had advised you that the item is a prohibited item, then it cannot be shipped.

What is your question or comment? I spoke to an UPS (Penang 1800-1800-88) and they says that it's prohibited to pick up and send out mobile phone item out from Malaysia.
May I know what step I should do next?
I am instructed to send a phone device (return) with the following info:
UPS tracking #: 1Z8832Vxxxxxxxxxxx
Waybill Number: 8832VRVxxxx
Shipment ID: 8832VRVxxxx
Terms of Sale (Incoterm):
Reason for Export: RETURN

What was the reason for the rejection at the ups retail location??
Their have been other posts on here about ups not accepting becuase of battery issue being shipped.
Just take out the Battery and tell them its only a phone without the battery.

The whole thing got confusing now....just called UPS (Penang) and they says in order to ship to HK,
they need "Import permit" from Health Department of HK (I did clarified it's a phone, not an animal/food we are shipping)
Anyone in this situation?
Hope a BB rep can answer...else I might need a good reason to travel to HK just to exchange this LE.
