Hi,

I am just wondering if there is an official answer / instruction about what should be returned.  Is it the entire package / contents (original box, charger, usb cable, etc) or is it only the actual handheld device?

Nothing was mentioned in the emails but I will be returning the lot in the original box.

My dev alpha is ready to be collected today and ive just sent the dev alpha. Plus my label only allows weight up to 1kg so I put it in bubblewrap and put inside padded envelope with shipping label on top

They just replied to an email I sent.

According to the email, they only want the device itself. No need to send the charger or data cable.

I got the same response -

It would seem the device itself (front and battery cover I'm sending back) - they aren't bothered about the charger or battery.
