Trying to connect my DevAlpha to the Wind Mobile Network. At first it connected to 'Wind Away' so I reset it a few times. Now it doesn't even conect to 'Wind Roaming.
According the the Wind Website they will be offering the BlackBerry10 so you would think it would work.

Wind uses HSPA on the 1700/2100 AWS block, which isn't supported by the Dev Alpha B, but was on Dev Alpha A. People on T-Mobile USA have the same problem in markets that haven't been re-farmed yet (tmo is using some 1900Mhz spectrum for 3G now). At leat on tmo you could get EDGE if nothing else, but because Wind is a newer operator, they never had a legacy GSM/EDGE network to fall back to.

I found the blog post where they outlined the differences in the devices:

I have heard from people that if you flashed Dev Alpha A with the leaked firmware it will work with Wind...voice and data.
