I will have the same problem, the device is now "Clearance delay - Import" via fedex.
Did you have the same status? How did they contact you?

Fedex guy call me on the phone, and tould me that my shipment is hold at customs, and send me some forms to populate.

It's not RIM fault, but i feel like I am discriminated just because I am not from US & Canada. We will end up paying twice for customs tax.
If that MDA limited from UK is in charge of sending devices in Europe, why didn't we receive device from them? In that case, there would be no customs expenses for us in EU.

And the real problem is - customs delays the process in order to score more money. This is not fair at all.
It doen'st matter if device is sent from EU country, I must pay no matter what.
