Did not receive confirmation mail for limited edition trade up till now :(

This is really due to frustration that I'm typing this message. I just don't know who to contact for the same issue. I had signed up for the Limited edition trade up and there has been not a single mail regarding it to me. I've now registered again for it today(I know it's of no use)... Could anyone help me out with this. I'm dying for a BB10 limited edition
