Friends, if to return the Dev Alpha in most countries is via UPS, as I would not exist in my city this company, only an exchange with another called Aerocav. I'm from Venezuela and attended a JAM in Argentina.
certainly not contact me with mail for the process of returning the alpha dev, I guess it's only by UPS from what I read in this forum.
It is this:
" "
And have not received this email yet, and already almost two weeks ago, someone knows why will it take? or is there a mistake?
Anyone have an idea of how it works with a country that did not JAM?

Dont worry just send a email to BlackBerryDeveloperProgram@rim.com and also DeveloperRelations@rim.com
to ask about status. But keep in mind they are very busy and heavily loaded right now but they will reply to you as soon as they can.
Also they will use the most efficient mail service in your location to ship it back to their collection facility. As long as your apps were approved for the app world before Jan 21 you should be ok. Everything takes time just be patient
Cheers ![]()

Hey guys,
you dont have to have your dev alpha mailed by Jan 21st. Everyone with a dev alpha should have recieved an email a day or to ago explaining the process here is the first couple of paragraphs:
"To qualify for the Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 smartphone, you need to have at least one qualifying BlackBerry 10 app built, signed, and submitted to BlackBerry World byJanuary 21, 2013. Once your app is submitted, you can apply for the Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 smartphone at https://developer.blackberry.com/limitededition/. It is not required to apply before January 21, 2013, but your BlackBerry 10 app must already be submitted by this date.

To be clear. There is a OFFICIAL Terms & Conditions.

So, If you do not return Alfa Device before 21st, you will not be eligible to receive Limited Edition.

and send an email presenting my question, I hope to answer soon, is that going to come January 30 and I qualified for the program remains limited version on January 7. And my friends at JAM Argentina if they get instructions to return the Dev Alpha, the UPS company a few weeks ago. ![]()
I'm sad, then I send the BlackBerry version Limited.
