@AlexXF
Read thread in which this was discussed , @jerryeight post a link to it.
Many developers still did not get their DevAlphas , and many will get them long after 21st January (from AllAboard , Android and Community portathons). It is impossible to return DevAlpha before 21st January if you still did not received it, right? ![]()

Once you receive the email to indicate that you qualify for the Limited Edition device you will also receive further instructions on how to return your dev alpha device, if you have not received this email it is likely because your submission is still in the queue to be tested.

@AlexXF I wrote you a few days ago, yesterday, waiting for a response because even I do not get the steps to return the Dev Alpha and that is the most suitable company here in my country (Merida, Venezuela).

Marco, don't worry. They do not expect you to return the Dev Alpha yet, even though the legal text says you must. They said several times during the Port-A-Thon that you shouldn't send it too early because they will not be sending Limited Edition devices until 6 to 8 weeks after the 30th of January. This would leave you without a testing device for a lot of time. The only critical deadline for the trade-up so far is that you must have an app submitted by today at 23:59 EST and it will have to be approved, but it doesn't have to be approved today.
