It's your traded-in device or the first time you received a Z10?

[ Edited ]

LE arrived by DHL, stuck at customs because they require some nasty paperwork (payment proof etc) which I don't have it at all. And due to timezone differences neither MDA or BlackBerry can't answer my emails. I am fcked right now :smileysad:

Re: EMEA LE Trade - any news?

mail MDA Limited or your International Courier Company, they shall provide the customs with the paperwork needed..all LEs are sent on DDP basis i.e Delivered Duty Paid.

Re: EMEA LE Trade - any news?

Even if they say "everything is covered by them" in my case it isn't. DHL asks for $35 for doing their job at the customs + amount that will be defined after customs procedure for import tax.

I contacted both Ruth Whelan and Melanie from developer relations but no answer so far.

Re: EMEA LE Trade - any news?

Hmm yaa i guess time difference is a problem .. One in UK where its still early morning and one in Canada where its still night.

Though mine was sent by Cross Flight and their rep emailed me and the courier company in my country for the paperwork ..

Re: EMEA LE Trade - any news?

Yep, commercial invoice from MDA says DDP, but yet they (DHL and customs) want documents that I don't posses and money.
