I finally received the mail that my application was accepted for the trade-up program.
But after I filled in the form to receive the device, I received a mail saying "Please ensure your Alpha device is packaged in a shipping box and the shipping label secured (if applicable).". I was wondering if anybody knows what type of shipping box they mean? Because this probably depends on the shipping service they are using? Where do I have to buy that (living in Belgium btw) such a box?
Would the box in which I received the device be enough, or are they expecting a real shipping box?
And as soon as I know which box I need, maybe it would be helpful to know the contents of the box. Do we need to send only the phone, or also the charger? I'll probably send both anyway, because I received a US charger (and I live in Belgium as mentioned). Do we need to send something else with it?
tl;dr: Where do I get such a box? Do I have to buy one? What are the specs of such a box?

They said it depends in which country you are, and we will get all necessary infos depending on region where we are.

I guess just wrap up the dev alpha in the box you got it in. Then just put a label on top of it. That should do the trick. Anyway just wait for their email for further information

I would think they simply want to make sure the device is not damaged in transit. Use an "appropriate" box. If you aren't sure that the box it came in is appropriate, take it to your shipping company/courier/post office or whatever and get their advice.... they're the experts.
