It seems RIM made an error in the form, so everyone did not get the proper items required in order to send the Dev Alpha back.
Please be patient, I'm sure they will correct it and re-send all of the right details to us soon.

Just to round things up. I packaged my device in an old box I had laying around. I've put the device and charger in it, secured it a little so the device wouldn't break in transit and gave it to the gentlemen who came to pick it up. He didn't say anything about it, I wasn't expecting anything either because he probably just didn't care. But a couple of days later (if I remember correctly 2 days) I could read from the UPS tracking site that it had arrived.
I don't know if BlackBerry is planning on letting me know something about the package (state it ariived, was everything in it etc) but to this day I haven't heard anything about it from them.

I don't think they will be too picky.. Just make sure you package it up safely in any type of box, maybe bubble wrap or newspaper for padding.. Don't worry too much, you're fine.

Most importantly, use reliable shipping company such as FeDex or UPS to ship the DevAlpha. And label it as Fragile. Cheers
