I tried yesterday , today morning and it is not working. It is throwing the same error. I think there is a problem with the redeem code. Do you know how i can resolve this? Please help me.

just want to update, finally i can redeem the Dev C :smileyhappy:

 

i don't know if it help, but here it's what i do :

- complete my Jam Zone profile

- try to redeem again

 

And voila ... there's no error again :smileyhappy:

Do you have multiple blackberry id, if then try with other one!
