If you are having issues with reedming your dev alpha C code please try the following:
1. Go to https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/bbid/home\
2. Sign in with your BlackBerry ID info, if you don’t have an account you will need to create one
3. Click Account Details.
4. Confirm that the first name and last name fields are completed, click Edit.
5. After you change info using your computer, you might be required to re-enter your BlackBerry ID username and password on your device.
Once this is done try and redeem your code again and let me know what happens.
