I got the second email which includes a link for filling my shipping address. However, once I have provided my address and then clicked a button to proceed, it redirected me to an error page at http://devalphac.brandalliance.com/Error. Since then the error page always appears if I retry. I have replied them an email and waiting for their response.
If anyone have the same issue?
Because I got the error on the link where I can provide my shipping address, I emailed them and I have just received an email from them saying that the error is because "It looks like you have completed two orders for the Dev Alpha C." This is impossible! I am still waiting to see how they will fix the error for me.
