I figured it out. I had to manually select Bouygues as the service provider in mobile network setting. By default it was selecting Orange-Bouygues. Really weird!

But anyway, my phone works now and I have 4G :smileyvery-happy:

No calls. My phone actually got delivered at my workplace on Friday. Got an email from Brand Alliance (response to my query regarding shipping info) Friday evening after I had left work. So I could only pick the package up this morning. Hardest weekend ever!

How long did you wait for a delivery confirmation for your DevAlpha? I have sent it in February, and UPS tracking web page says it was delivered Feb 26th. I tried to contact DeveloperRelations twice, but they (Melanie) replied that I will "receive an email once the warehouse receives your dev alpha device."

I am just curious if it is normal it takes so much time to send a confirmation?

@PawelGorny. I shipped my DA back in January. It took about 10 days (starting from the moment it arrived) until my device was confirmed. Are you sure the confirmation mail didn't end up in your SPAM ? It is weird that it is taken that much time. Maybe you can contact BlackBerry directly to ask what is going on.

(Could also be that the waiting times are now langer than they were back in January)

I'm from Belgium, and my device was shipped to the UK.

Thanks ndsmyter, it was sent from Belgium, UPS confirms the delivery.
I have never had any problem with spam & BB emails, so I do not expect to have it this time.

I'm from Belgium too, the tracking info said that it was delivered last week, on Tuesday, and I still didn't get any confirmation from the warehouse(UK).
