HELP! Accidently installed Dev Alpha 10.2.0.1445 on device

Hello,

I'm sorry to bother you all with this, but I don't know what to do anymore. I wanted an normal Update for my Blackberry Z10 and had a look on the internet and downloaded Dev Alpha 10.2.0.1445 and installed it on my device.

But I didn't know that its a software to try apps and stuff like this and not the normal Blackberry OS Software.

Is there a way I can get back to my normal Blackberry Software?!

I've tried a Security Wipe, to Restore it but nothing worked...

I really need wour help and good advices

You can use the BlackBerry Link desktop software to restore the latest firmware (using the Reload button). http://ca.blackberry.com/software/desktop/blackberry-link.html

I've tried that before, but when the version is downloaded and ready to install it says there is an error and it can't be installed.
