Hardware issue with LE - where to get support?

Hi all,

 

Was fortunate enough to have recieved a lovely LE (ST100-3), which after long consideration I wound up giving to my wife.  She's been thrilled with it generally, except for one unfortunate issue: the lock/power button on top is flaky.

 

The button does work intermittantly, but really does require repair, which I would hope would be under warranty.  Unfortunately, since I was given the phone directly from BB I'm not completely sure what process I need to follow to get work done.

 

Any guidance on this?

When I got my LE it kept dropping calls and the speaker voice cracks when talking.

 

After couple of months of waiting for the exchange problem to kick in.  I finally sent back the defective LE this month and now waiting for the new replacement.

 

I contacted branded alliance support.

the etasupport email is a typo.  I emailed Developer Relations and let them know of the error on the site.

 

I also have a problem with the camera on my Limited Edition Z10.  Does anyone know if they repair the devices or send a replacement.  If it is a replacement, would it be another Red Limited Edition or just a standard Black one ?

Yes, the DeveloperRelationship email is the proper one to contact for the device issue.

I just contact them for my LE device about camera issue. They reply that the issue has been forwarded to the support team.

My device works fine but battery is getting drained in just 3 hours in stand by just 15-18 hours what to do.. shall i get battery replacement or I have to buy new myself
