Incorrect LE device?

I live in the UK and have recently recieved my Limited Edition Z10.

Unfortunatly I have had problems updating the software, upon cosnsulting this forum it was suggested to me that BB have sent me an incorrect device for my region (depsite me ordering one for the EU region).

My model type is STL100-1.

Do I have an incorrect device? How would I go about getting a correct device?

Thanks

Re: Incorrect LE device?

Yep - wrong device

Gimme a sec...

Contact "Ruth Whelan" <ruth.whelan@mdalimited.co.uk>

She is the main distributor for the UK

The turnaround on my replacement was amazing - Phoned her on Friday (weekend - oops), CityLink turned up Monday, new device Wednesday

The return device is 4G LTE

You need to package it up with everything for the return (I acutally forgot the headphones and USB cable)

They will also do a pick-up / drop-off @ work if nobody is @ home

My #2 is superb and gets 21M/s on EE

If you want her work phone PM me

Re: Incorrect LE device?

Thanks, yes I already contacted her and have sent back the device. Just waiting for a replacement. You're right though, the turn around has been pretty quick.

Thanks for the info!
