I've rarely seen a company as badly managed as BA UK. Why would it take over 6 weeks to process an arrival? You turn on the device, scan the box, it loads the email templates (one for the user, one for BB) and you're done. User knows everything is OK and BB can process the shipping of the LE.
We know it takes a long time to ship the LE, especially with the version mismatch issue, but communication is key. As it stands, I have no idea where my dev alpha is. All I know is that it was turned on in early May.
