Limited Edition Confirmation Email?

Hello, 

 

Just wondering how long after you fill out the form online for the trade up should it be before you get the confirmation email.  I filled out the trade up online form then never got a confirmation email or anything and this was about 2 months ago that I filled it out.

got the confirmed email 10 calendar days after I fill thed the trade up online form. asked for my address and how I will return the device.
