Limited Edition Trade Up Information Erased?

Hey everyone just got this email from RIM right now:

Thank you for your submission to the BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition Trade up program.

As we were processing your application we encountered a system issue that has now been resolved, however this required us to remove all existing data from the system. As a result if you have already received a notification email please disregard this communication as a new email will be sent to you shortly. For those that have already entered your shipping details you will need to do so again once you receive the new email.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

havent received this email from RIM yet I emailed them asking about it and also attached links to this thread and also the thread on crackberry discussing this

did your first link allow you to get a shipping label sent to your email and also was the email subject line different with the second round of email after you got notice about the error ?
The first ones i have got all had "BB JAM .. Order Confirmation, Shipping Label"

My first round of filling the form only let me complete the form with no option for shipping label. Only for second round allowed for the shipping label. Have you got your email yet?

I got another email, and populate my shipping infos again. This time i was presented with options to choose UPS pickup, or UPS delivery, and to choose date when will i ship my DevAlpha.  I choose UPS Pickup, and leave my address and phone number, and i'm expecting UPS pickup service to came and pickup my device. I'm curious, do we pay for shipping or RIM?

my first round of email allowed me to input all my shipping info and also choose what shipping method, I chose dropoff. I did not see an option to choose when I will drop it off at my local ups store. I also received a shipping label email right after i submitted
