Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

(that being said, if the version coming to AU is -1, until we get an update you might have to wait for better battery life)

Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

Even after the update (10.0.10.85)? http://blogs.blackberry.com/2013/03/blackberry-10-update/

BTW, guys, I am wondering if the holster mode (auto sleep in the holster) works with any holster or only for the Blackberry holster. Can anyone confirm?

Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

It is a strong battery though, but assuming if you running active frames and your hub refreshing everytime.. that prolly drain your battery.

But, at least the battery could last for at least 2 years and it is cheaper to change one compare to iphone.

I remember my friend changed his iphone battery which cost him about 200USD

That's exactly status for my device. It prompts the hub information frequently so my battery can only last for one day.

Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

Yes my Z10 LE comes with OS 10.0.9.2372, I found no software update for it yet. Already try Optus, Telstra, TPG SIMs. Anyone manages to update it? Thanks.

Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

There are several ways to get the update. I heard from some people that they received latest update by just removing their SIM from the phone. Others (like me) just flashed the Z10 with the latest leaked version. 10.0.10.648 (backup first !).

About the remove-SIM-way I have no idea if it really works (because they weren't testing it in Australia), but it's easy to test it out :-)

A like is always appreciated,

Re: Limited Edition Z10 - Australia

Hmm, as I said, I didn't knew if it would work. But I am sure the autoloader-update works, because I used it myself :-)
