Limited Edition model compared to normal Z10's

I've just recieved my Limited Edition Z10 with a product number of PRD-53368-800, but I'm not sure what normal Z10 model this corresponds to (SLT100-?). If I travel with it, where will the LTE work?

If you type 'myver', the autocomplete on the space bar of the keyboard can be used to insert your model & firmware details.

Check settings -> about -> Model Number. Mine is a STL100-1.

Re: Limited Edition model compared to normal Z10's

There are four Z10s STL100-1  thru 4

The only difference between the models is the network and GPU

A 1 is 3G, a 2 is LTE - I'm not positice about 3 + 4

The ones we are getting in EMEA are STL100-1 as far as I can tell

The only difference between outs and a shop bought is the colour and an engraving inside the case marking it as a developer device

Oh - it's also Property RIM so all the eBay ones are technically stolen if you flog it

I can't see why anyone would wanna sell it anyway - its a superb device

Germany gets STL100-2, AFAIK. Can't confirm, however, 'cause I didn't get mine yet.

Re: Limited Edition model compared to normal Z10's

Just to complete it, some users in France also received a STL100-2, but that is because they mailed for it to receive a STL100-2 version.

But in general EMEA is indeed: Germany STL100-2 and the rest of Europe STL100-1 (unless you specifiically ask for a STL100-2 in time).

A like is always appreciated,
but a nomination for BB Elite even more :-)

Re: Limited Edition model compared to normal Z10's

Well I asked for stl100-2 version before they send me my LE, but I got two responses that say "We are looking into your situation".
