I filled my LE tradeup form ...
But the invoice I got is not showing my full address .. What should I do to avoid any problems .. Since I cannot fill the form again ..

A friend had a similar issue I recently resolved for him
Can I suggest you email email@example.com as she was able to sort out my friend's issue efficiently and fairly quickly (two weeks from start to delivery)
I hate to state the obvious but please be polite, just state the facts and not much more (don't complain - its not a good strategy)
When sorting my friends device out I did exactly that and everything went thru smoothly
My mate now has a cool new Z10 LE he loves (although his wife wants to pinch it cos it matches her iPad Mini - same colour case) - women - colour co-ordination - eek (sorry women everywhere - you know you do it <g>)
