Finally received my LTE-enabled LE model and now I cannot access BlackBerry World: "You have reached the maximum number of PIN changes for this account".
The knowledge base article doesn't help because I didn't buy the Z10 LE from my service provider
Twitter @BlackBerryHelp also wanted me to call my service provider and I did (bob.at, which is just a virtual service provider who does not offer any BlackBerries!) and of course, they have no idea what to do and told me that they just don't support BlackBerry (I explained them multiple times what the problem is and I don't think they really got it).
Anyone else had that problem and know a fix? Would be great if due to all the swaps (resulting in 2 devices in BB World I don't even own anymore!) I can't fully use by Limited Edition device

FYI you can email email@example.com to request your PIN count to be reset.
