By chance do you live in UK? Because RIM has the warehouse there, and at least my Dev Alpha will be send there I'm still waiting for reply from RIM about the deadline of Dev Alpha submission

Yes I'm in the UK. I have no idea on the deadline but I have finished my first batch of BB10 apps so I was in a position to let mine go.
