BlackBerry has pretty much never sent developers tracking numbers for anything. No idea why not, but it is typical for BB.

Well, they told us they would send tracking numbers or at least a message saying it had been shipped, but Brand Alliance's system was broken, according to someone who got an email from them. Supposedly, they were going to try doing it manually, but I'm not sure if that worked.
