I'm with Fido in Canada with the latest OS update on the LE.
Every 6+ hours or so the Phone app would hang and will not function. A reboot is needed to get it working again.
Once in awhile the sim icon on the top right would display the orange/red ! icon. I guess this indicates no simcard.
Anyone else have this problem? As right now the LE is not reliable because I would miss calls cuz people can't call me.
Did I just receive a lemon?

No problems here, did you try a factory reset + latest update? Otherwise I suggest contacting BrandAlliance for an exchange.
