I have received BlackBerry DevAlpha B device from App Challenge.
Now the issue is PIN number mentioned on BOX and on actual hardware is different.
I have participated using PIN mentioned on BOX and now I am eligible for LE and now send to courier.
But I just noticed above problem.
Can some one has similar problem?
Guy's please help me so that I can send my courier asap.

I have already send email to "email@example.com" before 2 days but still waiting for their reply.
Also I have received reply from Developer Relations that just send email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" for updating their records for your new PIN.
So hopefully there will be no problem.
Just one more query, Have you send device with battery or without Battery as I heard that sending battery may create problem.
Is any one who has send device without battery and received LE device?

I too have the same problem. I mailed BlackBerry Developer Relations regarding this, the reply was
My Confirmation # AN-4679 and I live in Bangalore, India and I haven't received any pickup info either from BrandAlliance or UPS
What is your Confirmation # and have you received any pickup info?

I also received same reply from BlackBerry and BrandAlliance.
So every thing is now confirmed.
Actually I have selected DropOff instead of Pickup to make things faster.
Yesterday I have send courier.
So if possible, check with UPS and ask them if possible, can I (you) dropoff insread of pickup?
