Stop complaining!!!
People complain, because: it will be easier to scratch - scratches are much more visible on a glossy surface; it will become dirty much faster - you'll have to wipe it from fingerprints regularly; that glossy glamour makes it look even cheaper than the retail device.
If I get one, I really hope that there will be a possibility to buy and replace back cover with the retail black/white one.

Im happy and I think the device looks great, but I would make one change if I coild. It would have been absoluetly perfect if it was the same color, but flat like the other devices. Shiny on phones just sucks, like my Nexus 4. It looks amazing in prestine condition, but immediately looks awful after a few minutes of handling it and the least little scratch is very noticeable. Its unfortunate, because I'll be forced to use a case with it now.
Still happy, just would be happier if they didn't go with a glossy finish.

That's the main point of complaints. Red color is Ok for me too.

I wonder if we can just email / ask BlackBerry to just send us the retail phone instead. I mean devs with Verizon are getting it (mainly because Verizon won't let them get the LE) so it should be possible to just send out the regular devices to some devs as wel
I'd rather just replace the back cover with a black one from the retail device. I think it would give a nice twist to the look of the device :-)

That's great news. In this case, I will be totally satisfied :-)
