Can anyone confirm what are the contents of LE package, do we all get the Glass Trophy along with the LE device?

i'd be disappointed if the spec is the same as dev alpha B.

could it be a refurbish/second hand dev alpha b?

Same here... quite disappointing!

We assumed Special edition would have somethinge extra, but :-(

I emailed Dev. Relation, and they assure that LE devices are not refurbished dev alpha’s. The Limited Edition device is the same as the BlackBerry Z10 other than the red housing, but didn't want to explain why it has different battery, simcard & sdcard position.

Well that makes me feel better now to just (impatiently) wait for them to arrive xD

You all need to understand few things:

1. Dev Alpha B is OMAP 4470 based with 1GB of ram, 3G HSPA+ only. 

2. Retail Z10 has few different versions with different radio (3G only model, few 3G+4G models and one CDMA+4G model). All these models have different sim card and microSD location + different orientation of the battery pins + two different cpu. Non-LTE models have OMAP 4470 and LTE have Qualcomm cpu.

3. Z10 LE is same as retails Z10 BUT with red casing(so everything above applies to it).

Also I'm very curious what they will do with all Dev Alpha A/B devices. Maybe they'll upgrade B with 2GB mainboard + normal casing and ship it as 3G HSPA+ Z10/Z10 LE and scrap the A version for recycling.

for dev alpha B maybe they'll be giving it away for devs. on future jam events

dev alpha A should be recycled since most of them has camera hardware bug
