Still haven't received an e-mail regarding my LE trade-up application

So, it's been over a month since I submitted an app to App World and I still haven't received neither a confirmation e-mail, nor a rejection one. Interestingly, I didn't get an e-mail when the app was approved for App World, but that seems like a common problem.

 

Is there any way I can find out the status of my current application? Perhaps via e-mail or something?

I tried re-submitting, but I got the usual error that the app and pin have already been submitted.

 

Anyone else in the same situation?

You can read my mind. I am about to write the same thing today. I just went through the trade-up FAQ section and sent an email to the given contact there.

Yea, according to the last FAQ on this page, we should send any trade-up inquiry to jamzonesupport@blackberry.com.
