Got mine yesterday. :Yes: It seems to take about 2-3 weeks to get confirmation.

Dang, I'm still waiting. Fingers crossed. I submitted my app January 21, at the time there was nothing else that did the same thing on BB World. Now, there might be a few similar apps, though I hope the timing is taken into consideration.

 

In the meantime, I'm working on some updates for it. Congrats to those who are getting their LE Z10 soon!

I still haven't received the e-mail, nor a response from jamzonesupport.

 

Interestingly enough, the portathon reward came without any problems.

Sorry, I was wrong. I got the email about the Dev Alpha C two days ago. Still nothing about LE. Uploaded the app late december 2012.

My e-mail came in today, with BBJam Registration as subject and CC-ed to bbjam@brandalliance.com.

 

So, if anyone else is still waiting for a response, try e-mailing the above address and jamzonesupport.

I emailed support and they replied with "your app was just qualified." Got my email and waiting for UPS to come pickup my Dev Alpha :smileyhappy:

I must be the last one to get qualified for the trade up program.  Well, better be late than never as I received the email finally yesterday.

 

So here's a sum up of my LE trade-up experience.

- submit trade-up near end of Jan (a few days prior to the deadline)

- no reply or any feedback 

- send an email to jamsupport @ blackberry near end of Feb

- no reply or any feedback

- received qualified email from bbjamsupport@brandalliance.com yesterday

 

So it seems it takes at least 2-month processing time before you may hear actually anything back, in my case anyway.

Just in case my story eases anyone's mind:

 

-submitted my app Jan 11

-app approved about 10 days later

-applied for trade up program before Jan 28

-no communication whatesoever

-re-applied for trade up program for fun on the new deadline of Feb 28

-still no communication

-finally sent an email to jamzonesupport

-magically got an email saying I qualified 2 days later

-sent dev alpha A back Mar 21

 

 

Now just waiting for my phone :smileyhappy:
