Where should i put these details? Can you provide the link?
Click: Track by Reference (the 2nd option. The first is Track by Number)
Simply enter your AN # in the "Shipment Reference" field. For example, if your AN# is 1234, enter: AN1234
Leave the other fields untouched. Then hit the Track button. It works for me. If it says:
>>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.
that means UPS may not have picked up the item yet.

What is AN number?
When the Dev Alpha device you returned has reached the destination warehouse, you should receive an email that looks something like this:
The Warehouse Arrival Notification Status has been changed to Submitted
Notification ID: <removed>
Bucket: HK - BBJAM
Arrival Notification Items:
Name Item Number Quantity
BBJAM-AlphaDevice BBJAM-AlphaDevice 1
The Notification ID: <removed> is your AN (Arrival Notification) #.

The "track by reference" worked. I'm getting my device on 3rd May. My reference number is AN28XX, the device was shipped yesterday and I will be receiving it on May 3rd.
No word on the Dev Alpha C though
