Trade Up Error

I think there was some problem while filling up the form for the trade up because I din't get the shipping label and invoice after filling the form. 

As i have done this before i know i should have got the shipping label after the form is submitted but i din't get this time .

 I think there was some error. What i got is just the confirmation email with (Confirmation # ) nothing else , no mail with pdf files no tracking no. nothing else.
I contacted customerservice@brandalliance.com but they are not helping they said we will send you another link to fill up the form but nothing till now...
Somebody help me..

Just to be sure, have you checked your spam folder?
