BlackBerry 10 Limited Edition Trade-up

Hi

GUI have submitted an app for the limited edition trade up offer. Are you meant to receive any emails to confirm receipt as I haven't had anything?

I also didn't get any email as confirmation when i apply for Trade up Submission.

Also didn't get any email. Later I saw on twitter that there were some issues with registration system so I'm curious whether I will get mine. 

Also one more question: I need Dev Alpha for testing and in case I'll send it to BB then I will have NO DEVICE for real testing. It does not sound good to me.

yes that was my case as well. My app had been accepted into the system before the official page for limited edition trade up went live. So I wrote the dev alpha pin and app details and confirmed there. I didn't get a confirmation email either but I did message the dev team on twitter (really responsive and helpful might I add) who said I had been confirmed for it. Also they said in general as long as you have the dev alpha and an accepted app in the app world you are good for the limited edition. Would be awesome to get the official team mention on this here,

You can get an alpha at any BlackBerry event, not including BlackBerry Jam Europe.
Also, if you'd like to check if you received an alpha, after a week (i thought my app failed to qualify) i went to developer.blackberry.com/limitededition and enter a new app, where it would usually say "Thank You" it would say A Limited Edition BlackBerry 10 Device has already been allocated with PIN..."
