I just got that reply after I re-tried to submit an app because I thought I failed to qualify.
I asked @BlackBerryDev on twitter and they confirmed that I was sure to get one, that's all.
So you got an email? Whatd it say?

I would love to hear some official statement from Blackberry. It does not make sense for everybody from us to contact them via twitter.

When registering if there were no errors and you were directed to a thank you page, your registration should be in the system. Further communication on who qualifies will be done in the new year.

I suppose that will be before the 20th? because if you reply around the 30th and our app fails to qualify then we can not do another submission?
