Trade-up status ?

Hi,

 

Sorry if that's the wrong place to post, but I was sent here by a member the the BlackBerry AppWold team.

 

How can I get more information about if I qualify for the LE trade-up, and if not, what is lacking in my entry.

My app (app id 20403367) was submitted january 12, approved january 25 and I didn't receive any notification about approval or LE trade-up status.

 

Could someone from BlackBerry could give me an up to date status ?

me too. My app approved on 18 Jan. and then I immediatly apply the LEBB. But now still no any email back to me.

I don't see anything in the posts above which explicitly state that after getting the approval, you took the app id and went to the trade-up page and entered all the necessary info into the form...

I am right now having problem with refusal to take the delivery from recipient in UK :smileysad:

Tnx to non-removable batteries I had to mark the package as dangerous goods.

I just tried to register again, but I get the error that "This app has already been submitted for the device with PIN: XXXXXXX".
