Unfortunately at this time your BlackBerry 10™ application does not qualify you to participate in the Limited Edition trade up program

In order to qualify for this program your BlackBerry 10™ application must comply with the Terms & Conditions.

To check submit date: Open you program in Vendor Portal, look at the History tab. Look for something like "Under Review" or "Approved"

@fasheikh - The email detailing why the application was rejected generally flows in after a few days, else, login into the vendor portal and see the CR history, you will get the information you are looking for. And once app is resubmitted drop an email to Developer Relations <DeveloperRelations@rim.com> and ask them if u can still get the LE device...
