Just so I understand the reason why the LE phone is not supported by Verison, it is because it is *not* a CDMA phone? So that will make the LE phone to only support what protocol?
It's almost a given now that the LE will only support GSM radio bands and CDMA is not supported.
But apparently RIM and Verizon are working something out on this now. There was supposed to be a blog post about some sort of explanation and/or solution on this yesterday but nothing was ever mentioned. So I'm still confused.
Interesting. Hope so, but I will have to drop Verizon (along with all the other lines on the account) to move to AT&T.
Also (RIM), will AT&T buy out any existing Verizon contracts because of this (probably not), but if they cant, the LE phone will serve no purpose for us.
