Please let me know if so and please also let me know where can we get support if our LE has been stopped functioning.

 

I had contacted customercare@brandalliance regarding same but they haven't responded yet which is really disgusting.

You could contact DeveloperRelations@blackberry.com for your LE device issue.

brandalliance is only a company to help BB to handle device distribution and they can't decide if your device is in warranty.

"Customer care of BB" does not handle warranty service on gifted LE and Dev A, B or C device.
