What if we recieve the DEv alpha devices suppose for the portathon on the Jan 11th and due to review and stuff you end up recieving your dev alpha after the 21st Are you still eligible for the LE BB10 Trade up or even trade for a normal BB 10 device ?

We really need an official answer. I received mail about Dev Alpha reward but given the fact that it takes at least one week to get it shipped to my country, if I fill the shipping form now; plus at least 1-2 weeks at customs for package inspection/import fees, I will get it after 21st which automatically disqualifies me from trade-up program(App is ready and waiting to be submitted, but I have no PIN for my Dev Alpha).

January 21st is the deadline for app in App World, not filling out the form to trade up from your BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha.  You can fill out the trade up form after the 21st.
