Wondering exact deadline time to get app in for Trade Up

Just finishing up my app and I'm wondering what time tomorrow (Jan 21) does the deadline end.

 

I'm guessing Midnight Eastern.

 

Can anyone clarify?

You are already late, deadline on 21st January is for approval of app, not submit. Submit deadline was 11 January.

The timeline was Jan 21st midnight EST to have the app submitted.
