hello, i am doing a app development course and one of the topics we are covering is blackberry

my teacher at the beginning of class on thursday said that since we are starting the blackberry module that he would give us bonus points if we could get a bb10 dev alpha device (10% grade bump for the blackberry module) he dose not think it will be possible for us to get one

i am willing to return the device and sign all the nda's i need to to get the device

Probably too late. The only way to get a dev alpha is to attend a developer conference/meeting and none are planned in the next few days. They are working on getting those device back for the upgrade to LE. If you could, by the time you got it, it would probably be bricked.
