Hi there,
I got this email after I registered for the LE about more than 1 month ago:
Your PIN #: xxxxxxxx
Confirmation # xxxxxx
Please ensure your Alpha device is packaged in a shipping box and the shipping label secured (if applicable).
Customer service will contact you to arrange pick up for your return package.
I have not received any further notice of pickup, and I see some devs have already sent their devices, who should I contact ??

You could contact jamzonesupport@rim.com or clientcare@brandalliance.com. For this issue I would recommend the latter, but I guess the first email address could help too. Maybe just contact them both, doubling your chance on success :-)

Finally my Dev Alpha was picked last week, no updates since then if it has arrived or when the LE device will be sent..

Good to hear it got straightned out. Waiting for news that they had recieved mine was torture. I had a good few day where I stressed out hardcore until I finally recieved that email.
