@peter, I hadn't noticed that the camera app had changed. I guess I've been too busy writing my own programs. Anyway, we know what's going to be included. It's a lot harder to guess what's being left out.
I don't quite understand the point though. Everything else is being left out. I suppose you're just saying we don't know everything that will be announced on Jan 30 for the real phones?
I just checked for OS update, and guess what, there's an OS update.

I don't know what they'll do with them, possibly take them apart and recycle the components. The hardware is not identical to the actual BB10 phones and there are already incompatibilities in the latest OS release, apparently causing LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and BlackBerry Bridge not to work (at least on the Dev Alpha A). It's not practical for them to support both the Dev Alphas and the production phones as the OS becomes more mature.
FaceBook and BB Maps do not work on my device (have not tried the others). With all the dev alpha devices out there, you would think BB would allow a greater test group then what ever they do internally. Not very good on release date, that many of the core/important apps, do not work.
