@peter, I hadn't noticed that the camera app had changed. I guess I've been too busy writing my own programs. Anyway, we know what's going to be included. It's a lot harder to guess what's being left out.

I m eager to know one thing.
Does RIM going to enable the OS upgrade at 00:00 ET sharp on 30th January 2013?
Or the upgrade only available after the launch?

I'm quite sure it won't be available until after launch, so 11:00 ET or 1600Z at the earliest.

Wow. Wonder what they are going to do with dev alphas that are traded-in.

I don't know what they'll do with them, possibly take them apart and recycle the components. The hardware is not identical to the actual BB10 phones and there are already incompatibilities in the latest OS release, apparently causing LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and BlackBerry Bridge not to work (at least on the Dev Alpha A). It's not practical for them to support both the Dev Alphas and the production phones as the OS becomes more mature.
