Hello,
RIM will contact you very soon after the BB10 Launch that that is on Jan 30th about sending back the Dev Alpha Device, then they will contact you again about sending you the BB10 Limited Edition.
Also, have you qualified for one?

so, the Dev Alpha devices should be returned? Why RIM would request them back? Developers who didn't qualify for exchange still may develop many nice apps. By the way how one whoul know if he quialified for exchange? Any mail should arrive? Any deadline for that e-mail? Thanks in advance

You will receive an email shortly after BB10 Launch. Developers who didn't qualify will not be able to do anything with the Alphas as all Dev Alpha Devices will be bricked

Two events: Android and Community Port-a-thon. Both will be held on 11th Jan 2013.

Re: when we will approximately need to return the devAlpha?

What do you mean by "have you qualified for one" ? What is the qualification criteria for getting that BB10 Limited Edition and what is the deadline for meeting that criteria (if there's one) ?

Also can you please provide any official documentation (blog posts, announcements etc) regarding that.

Thanks.
