Try leaving your WiFi on.

 

If you find the message ceases, that's the answer. If it perists, let's look elsewhere.

Keeping WIFI permanently on will drain my battery so it's No solution.

My WiFi is rarely turned off unless I know I won't be near a WiFi signal for an extended time. Still waiting for a headless app to perform the way SmartWiFi used to. In any case, the message appears while I am at home, on WiFi and can see the files on my desktop just fine. The message appears while I am in my car and not on any WiFi. It has appeared when I am on a completely different WiFi and nowhere near my desktop. It is a bug.

Right, I didn't say it was THE solution, I want to see if it makes a difference for a day or so in you're getting that message.

 

Since there is no concrete form resoution for this, I wanted to explore other troubleshooting.

 

If you'd rather not, I am sorry.

 

I leave my WiFi on most all of 24 hours/day, and my battery is not drained. Just for what it is worth. But for this experiment, I am only asking a couple of days to see if the issues persists.

OK I will keep WIFI on for a couple of days. I do see a significant difference in the battery charge when wifi is on.

I can confirm that with WIFI on I still get the notification.

I'm wondering what the resolution is for this issue, I get this everyday around 6pm. Seems to be related to my Z10 and I'm guessing Link, i wasn't getting this notification on my Q...
