I didn't get whats mobile provider. Its a unlocked device(developer device) both given by Blackberry. There is no sim card in any of the device.

Ok, that answers my question.

Next question, what is the EXACT model number of this Red LE at Settings > About?

And in what country are you located?

And in what country are you located. (I am trying to help out here, but it's like pulling teeth, I keep asking the same question over and over.) :smileywink:

Thanks your reply. I follwed the link but stuck at a point i didn't get the option "Reload Device Software"  when my device is connected to Blackberry link. Could you please help me to update the OS. I have two BB10 devices one is dev alpha and the other one is blackberry developer device.

OK.

There were other options and instructions in the link I gave you, using the upgrades URL.. try that.

AND read the first two bullets in that post.

Good luck.

Reloading the software is the same thing... try the www.blackberry.com/updates method described there.

I am trying to help you, can't you see that?

At this point, you need to just load an upgraded OS manually.
