BlackBerry® 10 OS Device Software

Hi

First of all I am having problems updating my Blackberry Z10 OS Software as I have version 10.0.9.348 and from what i have read in the forum that it is the Carriers who is responsible to release the upgrade but i have already spoken to them and they are NOT AWARE OF ANYTHING! what can i do ??? 

Second problems is with the Blackberry Messenger as my contacst are changing their Status and personal messages but i am not getting the updates and it's not Changing ! 

I have tried to format my device 3 times so far tried to do the upgrade from Blackberry link but I am facing the same issue that my device is up to date! ..

Please let me know how can i resolve this issue! as i am getting really upset !

Who is your carrier?

There is nothing you can do except wait until your carrier has it released, or swap a SIM card temporarily to a SIM which has released the upgrade.

You can't force the upgrade with the Link software.

My carrier is KT WATANIYA (a.s.a Wataniya Telecom)

I have tried using another carrier (Kuwait ZAIN) or (MTC) in Kuwait still i can't get the update.

You won't get the update until your carrier has released it.

Apparently those you've named  have not yet released it.

I have the same exact problem and im sure..this is not carrier problem...

Bug Details:

1. I have contact named A, lets say at one day i've received the updates for her status, at the next day i receive the updates that she remove her profile picture (but the truth is she change it using another photo, and not remove the profile picture).

And then i borrowed her blackberry device (onyx 9780), and i've changes her profile picture, but still i cant receive any updates, but i can still receive updates from another contacts.

**What im trying to resolve: remove this contact from my BBM and re-invite it again. I got udpated!! but only once!! after i've changes her profile picture using her blackberry, i didn't receive any update i really2 dissapointed with this.

2. I have contact named A, this case is similar as case number 1, but now im using update status from her blackberry (9780), yes as expected, i don't receive any update. and after i delete and re-invite, it works only once!!

My device description:

Software Release 10.0.10.82

OS Version 10.0.10.648

My contacts's status did not update, even though i have remove and adding them back?
