Is this via OWA (Outlook Web Access, via my company's active exchange ActiveSync server connection.
Or, a single user standalone version of desktop Outlook?

currently there is no category field for contacts in BlackBerry 10 (OS10.0 and OS 10.1).
I do not know if this will be available in the future.

I had the exact same experience with my Z10 and Outlook syncing via Office 365. First, not having categories for contacts is a huge oversight. But if I would edit/update a contact on my Z10 it would strip the category information in Outlook. Unacceptable!!! I returned the phone the next day, and I'm still using my BB 9930. Does anybody know if there is any plans to fix both these issues?

Wow! Is it any wonder Blackberry is dead? They had the business world in the palm of their hand, and they flushed it down the toilet. So sad. My Samsung Galaxy 4 works great by the way.

Still shaking my head in disbelief !! Doen't anyone at BB realize that there's actually a bug going on here!! Still using my Z10, but painful at times. Sure wish someone would wake up fix a few basic features to work as well as they once did.
